Description
I let available the attic inside the flat where I live downstairs; there is a spacious room and a toilet with all comforts for your exlusive use; shared places include living room and kitchen where you can store your food in the refrigerator and on a shelf in order to prepare your own meals through the cooking rings, owen and microwave. Air conditioning available in the room and living room. I live at first floor, therefore you need to be able to climb the stairs up to here and then to the attic. Your room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. No pets, no kids, no more than two people allowed.
I live 10 minutes walk from city center, 10 minutes from Palacongressi (convention center), 20 minutes from train station, 20 minutes from seaside; bus stop available nearby to get to the airport; by car, you can reach the Fair (Fiera di Rimini) in 10 minutes or slightly more, according to traffic (it's around 5 km).
Please take care of the wooden floor, be careful with your luggage not to spoil it.
