Description
Casa Tranche is a rustic farm immersed in the Orvieto countryside, in the middle of an ancient volcanic valley.
Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, it is a cozy house that preserves the traces of its many inhabitants in the form of paintings, objects and books. The perfect place for days with friends and immersion in the calm of the countryside.
The apartment, on a first floor which is accessed via the entrance staircase, consists of a central living room / kitchen space, two double bedrooms and a quadruple loft room. There are two bathrooms, one accessible directly from the living room and the other from one of the double bedrooms. The apartment is adjacent to another, also a second home, free for most of the year.
Among the attractions reachable: Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena, Bagni di San Filippo.
An hour away, you can also visit cities such as Perugia, Viterbo and Siena.
The valley is densely populated with fauna, and among other animals it is possible to spot roe deer, wild boar, porcupines, foxes, hares, badgers, birds of prey, pheasants, hoopoes
