Description
Casa Harmonica is our home for part of the year. It is located in a very quiet residential area near the cliffs, with spectacular views of the ocean. A 10-minute walk on a path with beautiful landscapes leads to the fantastic beach of Areal-Areia Branca, where you will find bars, restaurants and surf schools. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach, fishing, surfing, hiking, museum visits, Dino Park and the many historic towns within an hour's drive.
The house is fully equipped, the tenants have access to all the rooms. It is perfect for holidays with family or friends and can accommodate 8 people: 6 can sleep in beds (2 double and 2 single) and 2 on sofa beds with 1 seat each.
The house consists of: 1 large living room with fireplace, dining room, TV room, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 suite with closet on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor), 1 office, 3 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), balcony with furnished glass doors, 2 counters with beautiful views, large garden, barbecue, parking for several cars.
Due to the tranquility of the place, it is forbidden to hold parties and celebrations.
Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, ironing board and iron will be provided.
There is a washing machine and laundry, heating in winter, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVDs, books in different languages, games for children and families, maps and tourist brochures
Guests will self-check in and the housekeeping staff will be their point of contact during their stay. The owner will always be available for contacts by email or phone when needed.
